Information we collect
We collect details you provide for orders or support, such as your name, contact details, delivery address, order number and message. We also keep order, payment-status and fraud-prevention records. We never ask for or store your M-Pesa PIN.
Why we use it
We process information to fulfil orders, take payment, arrange delivery, answer enquiries, prevent abuse, keep required business records and comply with law. Optional marketing requires your choice and can be stopped at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only necessary details with providers such as Safaricom, couriers, hosting, database and file-storage services, or with authorities when legally required.
Retention and security
We retain records only as long as needed for service, legal, tax, dispute and security purposes, then delete or anonymise them. We use access controls, encrypted transport and restricted administration, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your shopping bag, checkout and admin security working. We do not require advertising cookies for the storefront.
Your rights
Subject to Kenyan law, you may ask to access, correct, object to, restrict or delete personal data, or withdraw consent. Contact hello@havenskinandscents.co.ke. You may also complain to Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Updates
We may update this notice as the service changes. The version published here applies from 21 July 2026.
