By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked shipping, returns and privacy policies. Haven Skin & Scents operates from Nairobi, Kenya.
Products and pricing
We aim to describe products, colours, sizes and prices accurately. Handmade batches and screen displays can vary slightly. Prices are in Kenyan shillings and may change before an order is accepted.
Orders
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we confirm it. We may cancel and refund an order if stock, pricing, fraud checks or delivery constraints prevent fulfilment.
Payment
M-Pesa payment is processed through Safaricom Daraja. Never share your PIN. You are responsible for using an authorised phone and for accurate checkout information.
Safe use
Follow product instructions and ingredient warnings. Patch-test skincare where appropriate, stop use after irritation and seek medical advice for health concerns. Products are not medical treatments.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Site text, branding and imagery belong to Haven or its licensors. You may browse and purchase for personal use, but must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or copy content commercially without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Haven is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law and contact
Kenyan law governs these terms. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Kenyan courts have jurisdiction where a dispute cannot be resolved.
