Processing
Paid orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday. During launches or holidays we will display or communicate any longer processing time.
Nairobi delivery
Nairobi orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch. The checkout shows the applicable delivery fee; qualifying orders may receive complimentary Nairobi delivery.
Nationwide delivery
We ship across Kenya using trusted courier partners. Most destinations arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote-area timing can vary and is not guaranteed.
Address and handover
Provide a complete address, reachable Kenyan phone number and useful landmark. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed to you or your nominated recipient. Contact us promptly if tracking appears delayed.
Changes and delays
Contact us immediately if an address is wrong. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Weather, courier disruption and other events outside our control can affect estimates.
International shipping
International shipping is not currently offered through online checkout. Contact us before ordering to ask whether a manual arrangement is available.
